C&#8217;\u00e9tait une journ\u00e9e difficile avec un manque de motivation et des jambes lourdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour me remotiver, j&#8217;ai raccourci ma foul\u00e9e, me concentrant sur ma technique. Ensuite, j&#8217;ai tent\u00e9 une s\u00e9ance d&#8217;autohypnose pour booster mon mental. Ces astuces m&#8217;ont aid\u00e9 \u00e0 retrouver de meilleures sensations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s lundi, je rentre dans la phase d&#8217;aff\u00fbtage et travaillerai le mental avec l&#8217;hypnose.
