Comme je le faisais avant la naissance de mon second enfant. Les premiers jours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compliqu\u00e9 mais les r\u00e9sultats sont l\u00e0. Un meilleur \u00e9quilibre familial et de bonnes performances. Les comp\u00e9titions interm\u00e9diaires doivent  \u00eatre prises comme des entrainements. C&#8217;est ce que j&#8217;ai appliqu\u00e9 pour la nuit blanche du Pilat. Ne jamais se mettre \u00e0 plus de 90% et je dois avouer que j&#8217;ai pris beaucoup de plaisir.
